Daily Thoughts for March 2013

“Let another month in your life be welcomed and gratefully received.  It is up to us what we do with it, as what we achieve, good or ill, is according to our chosen pathway in life.”

“What we deserve so shall we reap.  If we sow seeds of discontentment so we are discontented, but if we sow seeds of love and harmony, so we are at peace and plenty.”

“The flowers of the desert are a joy to see and they survive hasher times than we do.  Let the Spirit of Creation tend to our needs and let us work for what we want over that.”

“Do not allow the slaughter of the Animal Kingdom, as by doing nothing you are condoning it.  Once a species has gone it has left this earth for good, only our Father Creator can care for them in the next world.”

“Give and give again so that you can receive and continue the cycle of accepting and releasing all that must be shared if Mankind is to have a future at all.”

“To be alone in the quietness of your soul is to find the peace that was given to you to sustain you on your journey.  How often are you aware of it and how often do you deny it, as you rush headlong from pillar to post?”

“Take away the glitter and the gold of the teachings of religion and see what they are really saying.  Ask yourselves if they live by what they preach?”

“To be lost is only to be able to be found. We are never truly lost, as we are held in the light of almighty love and that is our constant companion, if only we know it to be so.”

“We are coming to the end of the beginning and will be able to see the hand of ‘God’ at work in all that happens to us and goes on around us.  Then we can start on the next phase of our lives, which is the beginning of progress into the unknown.”

“So be at peace, as the world will tremble and the mighty will fall.  Are you too mighty to be humbled by the needs of the world?  Do your bit for the cause and do not put yourself over the needs of the poor in spirit.”

“Give out the glory of ‘God’.  It is not a Church thing, but a Universal way of acknowledging that there is a Greater Power than our own.”

“Too many souls believe too much in themselves and do not even try to see the greater picture.  They cannot admonish others if they remain stuck within themselves.”

“Justice is mine,” said the Lord.  It is his to give and for you to receive if you are worthy of the receiving of it.  Can you be sure that you have nothing to hide and are truly innocent?”

“Within the walls of confinement there is always hope to travel with you.  Never feel that you are alone and always open up your soul to the Greater Intelligence in a frank and honest way while realising your faults and foibles.”

“Give what you can and take only what you need is a sound philosophy for life.”

“Justice is every man’s desserts, so if it is not forthcoming then stand up against the tyranny of corruption and dishonesty, so that others may receive better.”

“Take away the new covers of the book of life and see in the title an expression of hope and love for the future that follows as certainly as the darkness is followed by the light.”

“Just about everyone has a story to tell about a strange and mystical experience, so why are they not believed?”

“With a world in turmoil, it is of vital importance that we all do a little more in the construction of truth and loving deeds to show others that they are not alone and that all may help in the reconstruction of life.”

“Take a leaf out of the proverbial book and find your name on it.  It has something to tell you, so ask in the quietness of your soul for the meaning to be revealed.”

“Just because we are happy in our lives, it does not mean that each and every soul we meet is not carrying their burden of woe, so be patient with those who are unable to return your smile.”

“What is the good of a lesson if we do not learn how to gain experience from it?  With every error that we make we must learn from it or it is lost and pointless!”

“Come into the light and love all that is around us.  There are beauties in the sky and on the ground.  Even the weeds in the cracks along the highway show us their beauty as they too struggle to survive.”

“Let us all be thankful that we are not alone.  Always we are given those who we deserve to be with and if they are hard on us, then we are there to teach them humility and love without condition while we take the responsibilities for our own actions.”

“All that we have is earned and then given by the Lord on High.  We must accept that what we are given is what we deserve and should we want more than we have we must learn work hard for it in the right and honest way of truth.”

“To be enlisted into the service of the Lord is to be able to demonstrate a cleanliness of thought and deed.  It is an honour and must be earned, as no one can have it as a right.”

“We all have great needs and to address the wants is arrogance alone.  Let the needs be satisfied before the aspects of wants are even contemplated as that is simply common sense.”

“To take the arm of a grieving soul and share in the distress of a loss is to help to carry the burden of both those souls – the earthly one and the departed spirit.”

“Give up the struggle against the odds and go with the flow of spiritual blessings that shower down on you each and every day, but always say, “Thank you” so that more may be given.”

“Look about you and see what needs doing most and set your priorities upon that item of need.  There is no better guide than the conscience that is within you.”

“Take a part of your heart and let it be shared with others, who are in need.  We all are in need of something as Utopia in this world is but a mirage on the distant horizon.”
