Daily Thoughts for February 2014

“The joy of living is given to us all.  What we fail to recognise sometimes is how wonderful the little things in life are that we have, because we so often take them for granted.”

“Just take a new stance and understand that we are never alone and that if we do what is right we will in the long run always be treated and looked after.  It will avail us nothing if we give in to temptation and try the easier route just because we can. ”

“Let the glories that are all around us, wherever we are and however difficult life may be, shine in our minds so that we can see and understand creation, even if we don’t understand ourselves.”

“If we find ourselves at the bottom of the pit we must not blame our Creator for it, but take a real and honest look at ourselves and see why we ended up down here.  Usually it is because we didn’t listen at the time we able to stop our fall, because we thought that we knew best!”

“May we all be kind to our neighbours and all God’s’ creatures.  That way we are loved and can love in harmony with others and know that when we need a helping hand someone will be there to help us through as we helped others.”

“What do we do that is not in the right way of living that causes us to go astray and have to return to righteousness another way?  If we know what that is, then we can set ourselves on a road to freedom from negativity and be happy in the positive vibrations of the Spirit.”

“Love is the opportunity to willingly help another without expecting anything in return.  That is why it is called unconditional love and it is free to give and free to receive.”

“When we are quiet in the silence of our own mind, we are closest to our Creator.  It is at these times that thoughts of guidance come to us, which can’t get to our consciousness when we are too busy with everyday life.”

“Be strong when you need to be, so that you don’t fall down when you are needed to uphold Spiritual Law.  It is because we sometimes allow others to behave badly that they get away with it and become even worse!”

“Stretch out beyond your normal horizons and admit that they do exist.  We can all learn from what goes on outside the box and it is there that there is progress to enlighten us on our own journeys.”

“Let your eyes shine with the love that we all received from our Creator and share it with those whose lives need brightening up.  Smile a little and be at peace within your own tiny world.”

“If we finish our work early then we can always take on some more.  There is always a need and to give more of ourselves is a noble sentiment and worthy of our own satisfaction. ”
“Never fall down and leave the job unfinished.  It is better to pace oneself and take a little longer to ensure that the task that ‘God’ has given us is properly fulfilled.  He never asks more of us than we can do, so we must always get the job done.”

“Take a big breath and then be sure of the needs ahead of you.  Only fools rush in they say and they are usually right!”

“Justice is the right of every man, woman and child in any land.  We must always demand the right, whether it is for ourselves or for others.  The truth is the key, which balances right from wrong and all must be disclosed to bring justice.”

“If we stand alone we are responsible for all our actions and can be seen for what we do.  If we take part in group actions we are still responsible, although by hiding we may feel that we have got away with our mistakes, but they always become known.”

“To take a long look at forgiveness is to still hold anger in our hearts.  If we can take the shorter route then love can drive away the hate and fear that much sooner for everybody.”

“If we are loved we can give love to our fellow man, woman and child.  Never forget that we are all loved unconditionally by our Creator, so we need to love and harmonise with everybody else. ”

“All natural things are miracles from the hand of our Lord, who made everything that we need to sustain us and keep us well.  We don’t need the glitter of gold or diamonds, but we do need the sustenance of life through food and clean water.”

“Some days begin with the glorious sunshine and before long it clouds over and the rain falls.  Both are necessary to our lives and both should be appreciated, as without them the plants would wither and die and there would be no food to sustain us.”

“To take away from another something they don’t really need and yet they do, is thoughtless in the extreme.  Takers are like a disease, when they must have everything regardless of if they need it and then they still want to have more and more.”

“So much time is passing and we are still turning our back on the poor and needy.  It is as though they are unclean and yet they were made as we were in unconditional love and simply require a helping hand as we will one day soon.”

“Lust is lost opportunities.  Whatever we lust after, be it more money or more physical attention, it is only our inadequacies which cause us to be so narrow-minded, when we could use our desires to help others and get this all in balance.”

“To be alone is a hard cross to carry.  Many are too shy or too uneasy to venture out and need encouragement and strength of those of us who are able, but will we make the time to help?”

“Remember that a smile is a wonderful thing to breed positive and happy thoughts and it costs us nothing. Yet the receiver is so richly rewarded.”

“We must all learn to look after the vulnerable, who are the old and the frail as well as the very young.  We can’t always expect somebody else to do what we should do just because we are too selfish and too lazy to do our duty to humanity.”

“If we all pull together we can, with Spirit’s help, turn this uneasy world around and with positive thinking and loving actions we can make the world a better place to live for all who come here.”

“Just because we hope it will all work out for us, if we haven’t got the true and right intentions it certainly won’t be what we hoped for, so we must ask sincerely that the Higher Intelligence knows we mean to do good for others by our actions and not just for ourselves.”
